Dwight Hartsell - NC License # 65, SC License # 21
Born and raised locally in Concord, NC. Dwight has been involved in residential construction most all of his life. He made a transition from a residential builder to inspecting homes and in 1980 Hartsell Home Inspection Service was formed by Dwight and Susan Hartsell. One day he hopes to retire and have his son carry on the business.

Paul Hartsell - NC License # 3331
A Charlotte native who loves his city, he has been following and assisting his father on inspections since he was a teenager. He previously worked in the automotive field but has made a career change to carry on his father's legacy. He has received extensive field training from home inspectors and engineers. He also worked alongside his father, his mentor and teacher who has taught him home inspections from the ground up.

Susan Hartsell - Office Manager
A native of Pittsburgh, she made the smart choice of becoming a Charlottean many years ago and has been working with Hartsell Home Inspection since day one. She is fully involved in all the business operations and report generating.
